Probationary period by law is a minimum of 3 months. This club has adopted a minimum period of 6 months but this maybe reviewed anytime after the minimum period.

As a probationary member you will be instructed and overseen at all times. We would like probationary members to attend twice each month, or a minimum of 10 times over their probationary membership to achieve the necessary proficiency to be considered for full membership.

At a suitable time during your probationary period you will be required to do our version of the NRA Probationary Course, this is over two days one at the Club and the other at Bisley. Until this have been successfully completed you will not be considered for full membership. Anyone who attends regularly should have no difficulty in either of these tasks. When you are ready to apply for full membership contact the Membership Secretary  who will then check attendance etc and then pass your request on to the committee for consideration for full membership. On acceptance the Membership Secretary will enable Full Membership to be purchased within your JustGo account, this will automatically be  prorated to the end of the membership year, 31st March.
